BREAKING: Bradley County family believes Colorado officials have found missing son’s remains | Times Free Press

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation announced today that bones were discovered Wednesday in Conejos County — a sparsely populated area near the New Mexico border known for its beautiful but perilously rugged Rio Grande National Forest — near a road where Bradley County college student Joe Keller vanished the day before his 19th birthday on July 23 last year.

Friends and family of Keller have maintained a website called Find Joe Keller where well-wishers could offer prayers and encouragement and learn about ways in which they could donate to pay for search teams Keller’s parents organized.

TX – Missing woman found dead in Mathis –

CORPUS CHRISTI – A man was taken into police custody in connection to a missing woman who was found dead.

Carina Castellanos, 28, was the victim of domestic abuse. She was reported missing last Thursday by her mother when she didn’t show up for work.The concern grew when she didn’t pick up her last paycheck and wasn’t active on social media.

The disappearance of a former Knox County woman who went missing last fall is being investigated as a case of foul play.

Megan Foglesong, 22 – formerly of Oneida, Ill., – was last seen in Alden, Kansas in late November or early December, according to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs).

IN – Body found in pond ID’d as missing Munster man |

MERRILLVILLE — A body found in a retention pond in May has been identified as Francisco Javier Vargas Perez, a 29-year-old Munster resident who was reported missing earlier this year.

DNA testing confirmed Perez’s identity, according to a Lake County coroner office’s news release. The cause and manner of death is accidental drowning, according to the release.

AL – Missing Bessemer man’s minivan found in Shelby County | WBMA

SHELBY COUNTY, Ala. — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday afternoon that human remains were found inside a minivan belonging to a missing Bessemer man. Those remains are believed to be James Morrison, 75, but the Shelby County Coroner will make the official determination. Authorities said it ‘may take some time’ to identify the remains.
