It has been three years since the kidnapping of Vallejo teen Pearl Pinson and her whereabouts are still a mystery. Her family is hoping for new leads in the case as they hold a vigil Saturday to keep her story in the light.

Pinson was just 15 years old when she was abducted as she was on her way to the bus stop. Witnesses reported seeing a man drag her across a pedestrian bridge near Lewis Avenue over Highway 780.

A candlelight vigil is planned to be held on Monday, July 16, for Cynthia Martinez Perez, a Woodburn woman who went missing from a Keizer night club last July.

Vigil planned for Upstate woman missing nearly a month | FOX Carolina

BLACKSBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) – A group is gathering on Thursday night for a vigil in honor of a woman who has been missing since early June.

According to organizers for the vigil, 30-year-old Falon Michelle Cooksey was last seen on June 10 in Blacksburg. The Blacksburg Police Department confirmed Cooksey is missing.

SC – Family, friends hold vigil for missing Lee County man | The Sumter Item

Saturday was a day for many Americans to go green and gather in fields and bars to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. The crowd of about 50 gathered in a field next to Brewer’s Bar & Grill, but they were not celebrating.

The colors they chose were black and gold – the colors of Tommy Brailey’s favorite football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. His wife and two teenage daughters wore matching jerseys. Other family members and friends wore matching shirts with a photo of Brailey wearing Steelers gear, as he so often did.

PALM DESERT, Calif. – Audrey Moran and Jonathan Reynoso have been missing for over eight months, but the case is far from closed. The Riverside County Sheriff Department’s Central Homicide Unit took over the investigation in June and Sergeant Walt Mendez has been leading their efforts. The I-Team’s John White sat down with Sgt. Remains found in ‘very shallow grave’ identified as missing Virginia woman Emma Compton-Layne | NBC NEWS

Remains found in November 2017 in Nathalie, Virginia have been identified as belonging to 52-year-old Emma Compton-Layne.

Emma was last seen on June 17, 2017 at the convenience store she owned in Cody, Virginia. She was supposed to visit her mother in the hospital the following day, but never showed up. Shortly after Emma disappeared, her sister Shawna Compton-Krohn told Dateline that the family found all of Emma’s belongings – her credit card, clothes, car keys, cell phone, and dog – at her house.

The family of Amanda Ward Romine held a vigil Saturday night in downtown Springfield. Her case has been declared a homicide by investigators, and her body has never been found.
