Arkansas AG to host 4th annual missing persons remembrance day

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AG) – The Attorney General’s Office, in partnership with other law enforcement agencies, will host its fourth annual observance dedicated to locating Arkansas’s missing children and adults on June 10th at Camp Robinson in North Little Rock.

The “Never Forgotten—Arkansas Takes Action” event was established to raise awareness of issues surrounding missing persons and to honor Arkansas’s missing.

‘ID the Missing’ event is Thursday in Wayne County, MI| News – Home

DETROIT – Anyone who is missing a loved one has the chance Thursday to try to get some answers.

The Michigan State Police, Detroit police, the Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office and The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System at the a University of North Texas will be holding its third “ID the Missing” event at the Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office — which is located at 1300 E. Warren Ave. in Detroit.

The event runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Families Of Missing Relatives Encouraged To Submit DNA At ‘Identify The Missing’ Event « CBS Detroit

DETROIT (WWJ) – Authorities are urging family members of missing relatives to attend an event next week where their DNA will be logged and tested against unidentified human remains.

The “Identify the Missing” event will be held Thursday June 26 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office, located at 1300 East Warren Avenue.

Families are asked to bring at least two biological donors, police reports, photos, dental records and x-rays of their missing loved ones when they attend the event.

Family, friends of missing persons to gather at University of Michigan-Flint | MLive.com

FLINT, MI — Families and friends affected by the disappearance of someone close to them have been invited to take part in a Missing Persons Day 2014 event at the University of Michigan-Flint.

The event, sponsored by Michigan State Police and other law enforcement agencies, is set for 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, May 17 at the Harding Mott University Center building, 400 Mill St, with a portion of the event to recognize the missing and their families.
